Basically, there are four main factors that determine a person's health, namely lifestyle, Environmental
conditions, quality of health services available, and heredity (heredity). Of
the four factors, lifestyle plays the biggest role in determining the quality
of health. The application of natural life patterns by paying attention and
implementing a healthy lifestyle in everyday life can certainly improve the
quality of health.
